在體驗中各位會扮演一位年輕人面對不同的情境，體驗精神健康疾患的徵狀，從而提升對精神精神健康疾患的認識，減少污名，關注精神健康，促進共融。
參與者透過扮演情緒探險隊隊員，透過擴充實境(AR)的遊戲，於模擬真實世界情景的環境過程中認識四重基本情緒(開心、憤怒、憂傷、恐懼)，並學習情緒管理技巧，提升對精神健康的關注。
設立真人圖館，由有親歷經驗的人成為書本，鼓勵「讀者」提問，並讓「書」分享他們的個人經驗、感受和見解。
在真人圖館活動中，公眾可以直接從有親歷經驗的人了解精神健康，打破對精神健康疾患的刻板印象，並提高他們對這一議題的認識和關注。
