課程分為知識、技巧及應用層面，主題包括青少年精神健康、抑鬱症、焦慮症、思覺失調、壓力管理、情緒管理、社交技巧、表達技巧、強項建立、強項運用及自我關懷等。課程的安排可作彈性處理，每主題約為45分鐘。

程度一 45 分鐘/節	主題一: 青少年心理健康基礎知識 - 發展需要 -迷思與事實 -風險因素 -保護因素	主題二: 青少年憂鬱症早期識別 - VR體驗式學習 - 界入 - 預防	主題三: 青少年的焦慮 - 早期識別 - VR體驗式學習 - 界入 - 預防	主題四: 青少年的精神病特徵 - 早期識別 - VR體驗式學習 - 界入 - 預防

程度三 45 分鐘/節	T主题一: 能力建設 - 朋鱀支持技巧 - 了解社區資源	主題二: 優勢運用 - 提供精神健康服務 - 義工服務 /Volunteer Services	主題三: 增強自我照護 - 正念、感恩練習 - 放鬆練習 -飲食管理 -運動和心理健康	創意工作坊: 內容包括社區藝術、音樂、舞蹈和運動等等。主要在學校實施, 同時亦會與青年中心等其他機構合作。
